Winter Solstice Celebration Party

To celebrate the Winter Solstice, we held our first public party and dance event on December 21st 2022, which was a great success. The venue was almost full, and the feedback we received, both during and after the event, told us that people had had a very good time, which has encouraged us to put on more events over the coming year in order to celebrate both equinoxes and solstices.

The venue for the party was upstairs at the Tudor Arms and held a maximum of 75 people, but unfortunately, there was no disabled access and we found the pub manager to be unfriendly and, ultimately, dishonest. Therefore, we decided to look for an alternative, larger capacity, venue with disabled access and honest, friendly management.
